Questions and Answers

We have gathered below the most frequent questions about these schedule changes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other question!

1) Why daytime trips from Montréal and Québec city towards the Gaspésie region?

A survey conducted among our passengers made clear that the majority of our passengers prefer to travel during the day rather than at night, that is the reason why our trips have been modified. We listen to your needs!

2) Why not keeping the nighttime trip and offer both?

The number of passengers heading to Gaspésie is not high enough for us to justify the implementation of two trips per day. We had to make a choice, so we decided to favor the majority.

3) In Gaspésie, why re-establishing the services that were cut between Grande-Rivière and Gaspé?

This is a request from the MRCs (Regional County Municipalities) in Gaspésie. A partnership and a financial agreement between the MRCs and Keolis Canada has allowed a reimplementation of this trip. The passengers can now travel from the north side to the south side of the peninsula.

4) Connection between the Maritime provinces and Québec city/Montréal. What about the passengers travelling on the 10:30 p.m. trip from Montréal to Rivière-du-Loup who were then transferring on the Maritime Bus network?

The connection between the Maritime provinces and Québec city/Montréal is possible 4 days a week, on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
