CONTEST RULES Contest: Satisfaction survey

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION No purchase necessary. To enter the contest, simply complete the satisfaction survey once per trip. Only one email address may be used to enter the Contest, regardless of the number of email addresses held by the entrant. Any person who enters or attempts to enter the Contest more than once or who uses any robotic, automatic, mechanical, electronic or other duplication method not permitted by these rules will be considered to have engaged in tampering or manipulation, which will result in automatic disqualification. All Entries become the property of Orleans Express. The contest may be terminated at any time without notice.

Entrants must reside in the province of Quebec and have reached the age of majority on the date the Contest begins. Employees of Orléans Express, their affiliates, as well as members of their immediate family and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Contest.

A random draw will be held on the 1st of each month at 9:00 a.m. (ET) in Montreal from all eligible Entries received during the previous month’s Survey Period. The selected entrant will be declared a winner of a prize in the order described in Section 4 of these rules, subject to fulfilling all conditions described in these rules. Winners will be contacted by email within ten (10) days of the draw. Winners must claim their prize as instructed by Orléans Express within a maximum of ten (10) days from the date they were first contacted. In the event that a winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the winner incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, declines the prize or fails to return the completed certification and release form, he/she will automatically forfeit the prize and Orléans Express may, at its sole discretion, select another winner.

One (1) winner will win 1000 Orléans Express Bon Point points. Maximum value of the prize: $550 Canadian

5.1. In order to be declared a winner, the selected participants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
5.2. Winners must sign a liability release form attesting to their eligibility to participate in the Contest, in accordance with the conditions set out in section 2 of these rules, and in which they consent to the use of their name, image and/or voice without compensation for the promotion of the Contest, and releases Orléans Express, the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers and employees (the “Contest Organizers”) from any and all liability for damages or losses that may arise from his/her participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize awarded.
5.3. Persons accompanying prize winners must complete a Declaration and Release Form in which they consent to the use of their name, likeness and/or voice without compensation for the promotion of the Contest, and release the Contest Organizers from any liability for damages or losses that may arise from the use of the prize awarded to the winner.
5.4. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, refunded, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be made. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
5.5. In the event that the prize cannot be provided exactly as described in these rules, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize or item of approximately equivalent value, at their sole discretion.
5.6. Refusal to accept a prize releases the Contest Organizers from any obligation to the winner.
5.7. Any false declaration by an entrant will automatically result in his/her disqualification from the Contest.
5.8. The Contest Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury of any kind, including but not limited to: i) lost, illegible or incomplete Entries; ii) lost, stolen or corrupted computer or telephone software or data, including invasion of privacy; iii) fraudulent calls; iv) the inability of any person to participate in the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to, mailing or e-mail address errors, malfunctions
